Who: Athletes ages 12-19 who are independent in all activities of daily living with a strong interest in competitive wheelchair basketball. Time: TBA Cost: $375.00 per camper.
Day Camp Includes: Alabama Camp Reversible, lunch & dinner, instructional costs.

Alabama Adapted Athletics will hold its wheelchair basketball day camp June 29th - July 2nd. This is a day camp option for campers who are not ready for an overnight camping experience. Campers planning to attend this camp will most likely be aged 12-15 (but can be up to age 19), working on independence in activities of daily living, having a basic understanding of the game and still developing fundamental skills in wheelchair basketball. Participants should be ready to participate in strenuous practice sessions for up to 6 hours per day and may have played club or competitive wheelchair basketball.
Staff
Staff for this camp will include men's and women’s wheelchair basketball coaches, as well as instruction from current and former Alabama Wheelchair Basketball Team Members.
